Marking: This side, found on the back of the speaker or inside the frame, displays product identification information, including numbers like "2018" or "5017," 

which typically indicate the production date (week 15 of 2018), the model code, or the batch number. The frame has several circular mounting holes.

Connector: A close-up shows a silver metal pin extending from the bottom of the speaker, which serves as the primary electrical connection.

Instructions

Mounting: Depending on the device design, securely secure the speaker to the enclosure or panel using screws, using either the diaphragm feet or the mounting holes on 

the frame. A sealing gasket should be installed between the speaker and the mounting surface to prevent air leaks that could affect the sound quality.

Circuit Connection: Solder the metal pin to the positive output terminal of the audio driver circuit. The return path is typically connected to the device ground via the

metal screws securing the speaker, or a dedicated ground pin/solder pad is available. Always verify polarity; connecting the wrong connection will result in phase errors.

Matching the Sound Chamber: For optimal sound quality and volume, the speaker should be designed with a suitable front and rear cavity.

A: The development time depends on the complexity. It typically takes 4-8 weeks for a new design, including prototyping and testing.

Q5: What are your payment terms? 

A: We commonly accept T/T (Bank Transfer). For new customers, 50% deposit is required to start production, and the balance 50% before shipment.

Q6: Can I mix different products in one container? 

A: Yes, mixed orders are welcome. This is a cost-effective way to import. We will provide a detailed packing list for each product.
