Diaphragm system:

Cone: The core component is a black circular cone diaphragm with a smooth surface, which may be polypropylene (PP) or composite paper-based material. This material helps provide balanced sound quality.

Dust cap: The central part of the diaphragm is slightly raised, acting as a dust cap to prevent dust from falling into the magnetic gap.

Surf: A wide, corrugated black rubber rim is connected to the edge of the cone. It is responsible for supporting the diaphragm and allowing it to carry out precise piston movement, and its wide design indicates that it may support a certain excursion to improve bass performance.

Magnetic circuit system: It can be inferred from the structure that the voice coil and magnetic circuit system are connected behind the diaphragm (not visible in the picture). The depth of the basket hints at the magnetic circuit components required for the drive unit at the rear.

Correct installation: When installing, be sure to tighten the screws evenly to avoid distortion and deformation of the basket, otherwise it will cause friction between the voice coil and the magnetic gap (rubbing ring).

Power matching: Be sure to use it within the rated power range of the matching power amplifier. Overloading is strictly prohibited to prevent burning the voice coil.

Cabinet matching: If used as a bass unit, its performance depends greatly on a well-designed speaker cabinet (such as sealed or inverted).

A: We commonly accept T/T (Bank Transfer). For new customers, 50% deposit is required to start production, and the balance 50% before shipment.

Q6: Can I mix different products in one container? 

A: Yes, mixed orders are welcome. This is a cost-effective way to import. We will provide a detailed packing list for each product.
