Appearance

Basin frame: It is made of square metal (such as steel or aluminum alloy) with rounded corners. The surface is coated with black and has a solid structure, which can effectively suppress resonance. The four symmetrical mounting holes on the basin frame are of standard design for easy installation and fixation.

Diaphragm system: The center is the main vibrating component. You can see a circular cone with a corrugated rim connected to its edge. This is the key structure for the diaphragm to move forward and backward. In the center of the cone is a dome-shaped dust cap, which prevents dust from falling into the magnetic gap and also participates in the reproduction of high-frequency sounds.

Magnetic circuit system: From the side view of the second picture, you can clearly see that behind the basin frame is a magnetic circuit system composed of silver metal (usually NdFeB or ferrite magnets). This part provides driving force for the vibration of the speaker, and its size determines the efficiency and power tolerance of the speaker to a certain extent.

Lead terminal: On one side of the diaphragm, there are two thin metal leads connected from the voice coil to the welding points on the side of the basin frame for accessing audio signals.

Matching power: It needs to be used within the rated power of the power amplifier to prevent overload from burning the voice coil.
