Appearance

Basin frame: It is made of black metal (usually steel) with square and rounded corners. The structure is very strong and can effectively suppress the resonance of the cabinet and ensure the purity of the sound. There are standard screw mounting holes at the four corners for stable installation.

Diaphragm system:

Cone and ribs: The diaphragm material may be impregnated paper or polypropylene. Its most prominent feature is the “T”-shaped raised texture on the surface of the diaphragm. This is not a decoration, but a reinforcement, which can greatly enhance the rigidity of the diaphragm and prevent it from deforming under large dynamics, thus effectively reducing distortion.

Suspension: The edge of the cone is connected to a black, corrugated rubber suspension, which gives the diaphragm good elasticity and allows it to perform precise piston movements.

Magnetic circuit system: From the side view, you can clearly see the relatively large magnetic circuit system (usually ferrite magnets) at the rear of the basin frame. The larger size of the magnet indicates that this speaker has better power handling capability and sensitivity.

Voice coil and centering support: The voice coil (invisible) is connected behind the diaphragm, which is placed in the magnetic gap. After being powered on, the voice coil moves in the magnetic field, driving the diaphragm to produce sound. The centering piece ensures that the voice coil is always in the center position and does not shift.

Instructions

Correct installation: When installing, be sure to tighten the four screws diagonally evenly to avoid distortion of the basin frame. Once deformed, it can easily cause friction between the voice coil and the magnetic gap (rubbing ring), causing permanent damage.

Impedance and power matching: It needs to match the output impedance and power of the power amplifier. Overload use is strictly prohibited, otherwise the voice coil will be burned instantly.

Handle with care: Avoid pressing the diaphragm with your hands to prevent deformation or damage to the voice coil and centering piece.

A: We commonly accept T/T (Bank Transfer). For new customers, 50% deposit is required to start production, and the balance 50% before shipment.

Q6: Can I mix different products in one container? 

A: Yes, mixed orders are welcome. This is a cost-effective way to import. We will provide a detailed packing list for each product.
