Appearance

Basin frame: It adopts a square metal basin frame with rounded corners, with a black coating on the surface. It has a solid structure and can effectively suppress resonance. There are standard screw mounting holes at the four corners of the basin frame for easy fixing to the speaker cabinet or equipment panel.

Diaphragm system:

Cone: The photo clearly shows its cone-shaped diaphragm with concentric circular texture on the surface, which can enhance the rigidity of the diaphragm and reduce segmentation vibration, thereby reducing distortion. The material appears to be an impregnated paper base or non-woven composite.

Suspension: The edge of the cone is connected to a circle of black, corrugated, flexible suspension (usually made of rubber or foam), which is a key component for the diaphragm to perform piston-like reciprocating motion.

Magnetic circuit system: From a side view, you can see the relatively large magnetic circuit assembly (usually composed of ferrite magnets) at the rear of the basin frame. This provides sufficient magnetic flux for the speaker and is the basis for its power and efficiency.

Voice coil and centering brace: Behind the diaphragm is an invisible but crucial part - the voice coil (usually made of copper wire) and the centering brace. The voice coil moves in the magnetic gap to drive the diaphragm to produce sound, and the centering support ensures that the voice coil remains in the center position without friction.

Correct installation: When installing, ensure that the screws are tightened evenly diagonally to avoid distortion of the basin frame, otherwise the voice coil will be offset from the center and scratched.

Power matching: Be sure to use it within the rated power range of the matching power amplifier. Overloading is strictly prohibited to prevent burning the voice coil.

Handle with care: The diaphragm (especially the cone) and suspension are very fragile and should be protected from any physical impact or crushing.

A: We commonly accept T/T (Bank Transfer). For new customers, 50% deposit is required to start production, and the balance 50% before shipment.

Q6: Can I mix different products in one container? 

A: Yes, mixed orders are welcome. This is a cost-effective way to import. We will provide a detailed packing list for each product.
